The Secret Sauce: How to Transfer What Really Matters When Someone Leaves

$220 per person

When a valued employee leaves, organizations risk losing far more than documents and files. They risk losing the experience, insights, relationships, decision-making approaches, and problem-solving strategies that made that person successful.

This 90-minute workshop provides an overview of LPI Solution’s human-centered approach to preserving critical knowledge before it walks out the door. We’ll share how we help organizations identify the expertise that truly matters, ask the right questions to uncover both tacit and explicit information, facilitate effective knowledge transfer sessions, and create a path for the successor and/or team to move forward.
