The Secret Sauce: Retain and Transfer Knowledge

$220 per person

As organizations large and small across the country are experiencing the wave of the Great Resignation, finding ways to capture knowledge and upskill existing employees and teams quickly is more important than ever. Replacing an employee may sometimes cost as much as one half to two times their salary and the cost of institutional knowledge lost can be priceless.

This hands-on workshop provides participants with a practical approach and useful tools to begin conducting their own knowledge transfer sessions.

During the session participants will:
  • Explore key questions to identify and prioritize knowledge transfer topics
  • Learn how to create an environment conducive to knowledge transfer
  • Practice gathering overt and tacit knowledge
  • Review sample templates, tools, and types of knowledge transfer sessions
