In this one-hour session, we’ll provide a behind the scenes look at video development. 

Using a real-life example, we'll share how we took an idea and then leveraged instructional design processes, AI, and rapid video authoring tools to create three different styles of videos.

During this session we'll provide an overview of:

  • Content writing and storyboarding
  • Asset development
  • Video authoring tools (vYond, Synthesia, Camtasia)


This session will leave you inspired to start creating your own videos.

Nelwyn Yee is the heart and soul of Learning & Performance Improvement Solutions, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in the learning industry. Nelwyn founded in 2005. Since then, she has had the privilege of supporting regional, national, and international clients with their learning and development, organizational development, change management, and knowledge transfer needs.

Prior to starting Learning & Performance Improvement Solutions, Nelwyn served in senior learning and development roles in hospitality, healthcare, and biotechnology.

Nelwyn is a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) – Hawaii Chapter. She served on the board for six years including serving as the Chapter President and Chapter Board Advisor.
