Join us as we share frameworks for leading teams through organizational change. During this virtual project-based workshop, you will develop an approach to leading through typical organizational changes - new processes, people, and systems - learn and apply research that will enhance your ability to engage your teams to navigate successfully and maintain performance in a dynamic and changing world.
After the workshop attendees will be able to:
- Plan for systemic organizational change
- Learn how to support individuals’ inner psychological processes as they internalize and come to terms with organizational changes.
- Explore two change frameworks and apply them to an upcoming change in your organization.
- Learn how to use storytelling to engage and organization in change

How to identify typical changes in organizations and their impact on performance
How to examine the Bridges Transition Model, and develop a plan for coaching teams through change.
How to use established change models, customize a change blueprint for a planned change in your organization
How to use a storytelling framework and outline a case for change to support your planned change initiative
