Join us as we share frameworks for leading teams through organizational change. During this virtual project-based workshop, you will develop an approach to leading through typical organizational changes - new processes, people, and systems - learn and apply research that will enhance your ability to engage your teams to navigate successfully and maintain performance in a dynamic and changing world. 

After the workshop attendees will be able to:
  • Plan for systemic organizational change
  • Learn how to support individuals’ inner psychological processes as they internalize and come to terms with organizational changes. 
  • Explore two change frameworks and apply them to an upcoming change in your organization.
  • Learn how to use storytelling to engage and organization in change

Our Instructor

Kerry Engler
President and Principal Consultant 
Learning Through Change, Inc.

An experienced change consultant, instructional designer, and facilitator, Kerry is dedicated to building individual, team and organization capacity through learning experiences that harness individual strengths, team wisdom in a dynamic learning community.

Kerry is an adjunct faculty member in the School of Management at the University of San Francisco where she teaches in the Organization Development program. Kerry is a continuous learner. She holds an M.S. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco; a single subject teaching credential from San Francisco State and a B.A. in English from St. Mary’s College.
