Have a course or presentation that needs an extreme makeover? During this hands-on workshop we’ll provide course redesign process which results in a more impactful learning experience. After the course participants will be able to:
  • Apply a design framework to ensure the course achieves its desired outcomes
  • Create and use a content matrix to identify critical elements to keep, revise, and add
  • Identify ways to engage different learning styles throughout the course

Nelwyn Yee is the owner and Director of Learning & Performance Improvement Solutions. She has over 25 years of instructional design experience and has created online, instructor-led and blended learning for clients locally, nationally and internationally. She also has a passion for developing knowledge transfer programs to ensure critical knowledge and skills of experienced individuals are retained in the organization.

Prior to starting LPI Solutions, Nelwyn served as a Training Manager in hospitality, a Senior Learning Consultant in healthcare, and a Senior Instructional Designer in biotech. She also served as President and Board Advisor for the Hawaii Chapter of Association of Talent Development (ATD).
