  • The roles within Agile teams and how they contribute to product/project delivery success.

Agile and Project Management Trainer
Ben Yuan has over 18 years of project/program management and IT delivery experience. Ben serves as a senior consultant and project management trainer for Lokahi Technology. He has created online, instructor led and blended learning for clients locally, nationally and internationally.
Prior to joining the Lokahi Technology team, Ben has served in various IT management roles at finance, healthcare and technology organizations. Most recently, he serves as a Global Strategic Partnerships leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS0 where he leads a team of partner managers 1/Accelerate cloud adoption. 2/Increase market share within their industry and 3/Create effective co-build and co-sell GTM initiatives for F1000 companies.
Ben is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the leading entity on project, program and portfolio management. He served on the board for six years including serving as the Chapter President for the PMI Hawaii Chapter.
Ben holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (University of Hawaii), a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Hawaii Pacific University), and an Executive Leadership certificate (Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania). Ben holds also certifications from Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile Framework and The Open Group.
